The way customers consume information and buy products and services has fundamentally changed. The face-to-face meeting has been replaced by virtual meetings, web browsing, social networks, and other online forums. Marketers are looking for strategies that take advantage of new technologies and methods to reach more new prospects and convert them faster to active leads and then customers. With customers buying, researching and influencing online, it's critical for marketers to read the "digital body language" of their prospects to improve their targeting and yields.

Join us for the next TMA roundtable event - a must attend session for all who want better, faster online lead generation and prospect nurturing. This event features Steve Woods, co-founder and Chief Technology Officer for Eloqua, who will speak about his new book, Digital Body Language. Woods, an industry expert on applying technology to the marketing profession, will discuss best practices and case studies for:

  • identifying prospects' stage in their buying process based on their online activities;
  • nurturing those who are early in the process to speed faster conversion;
  • better grade leads to focus sales efforts on those prospects who are ready to buy.

The interactive presentation will include roundtable discussions on how to put these practices directly into use.
