Jim Rogers

Jim Rogers is currently the vice president of market management at Deltek, responsible for identifying, formulating and executing the strategic direction for the Public Sector market.

Previously, he served as director of industry and product marketing for Primavera Systems, responsible for the global go to market strategy development and execution in all target markets. Primavera Systems is the leading provider of enterprise project & portfolio management software.

Before joining Primavera, he served as vice president of integration solutions within GE Global eXchange Services; Mr. Rogers was the business line leader for a portfolio of software products.  His responsibilities included; the portfolio’s profitability, product development and overall go to market strategy in all global markets. 

In 2004, Supply & Demand Chain Executive Magazine named Mr. Rogers as a “Pro to Know.”

Mr. Rogers also served as director of software alliances & software development within GE.  In this role he negotiated a strategic alliance with PricewaterhouseCoopers as well as many other consulting and technology alliances. 

Mr. Rogers holds a B.S. degree in finance from the University of Central Florida and a M.A degree in liberal studies/public policy from Georgetown University.
